Aloha! Welcome to another Exclusive member of the Platinum Maui Vacation Ohana! All villas in this program are given Hawaiian names. This Kapalua Bay Villa is named, Hale O Ua'u Kani, which translates to English 'Home of Wedge-tailed Shearwater Bird" who nest on the rocky cliffs directly in front of this property every June- July.
This villa, a one bedroom, one bath, ground level unit, has easy all on one level access both coming in and going out towards ocean right out onto the lush green grass. The famous ocean trail is steps off your back porch and can be used as a scenic route to beautiful beaches in either direction.

Hale O Ua'u Kani, is a beautiful villa located in building 35 at the end of the peninsula, closest to the ocean, on the south border of the Kapalua Bay Villa complex. It has undergone a total professional interior renovation overseen by Design One Remodeling, known for their custom, 'Platinum' level designs.
With an expansive living and dining space with sectional sofa sleeper, plus island style decor infused with the modern amenities like the 65" smart LED TV and Blu-ray DVD.
It has one spacious bedroom, one dual vanity bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Boasts approximately 1000 square feet of interior living space plus approx 200 sq ft of outside lanai to enjoy with dining for 4 plus 2 loungers.
