Important Information About Cancellations and Refunds

$0 refundable Damage Deposit required.

25% deposit to secure booking with balance due 60 days prior to check in. If booking is secured within 60 days prior to check in date 100% of cost is required to secure booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. Cancellations that are made LESS than (60) days prior to the check in date will forfeit a minimum Cancellation Charge of $250.00 or 10% of total booking amount, whichever is greater. Cancellations that are made within (30) days of the check in date forfeit the full advance payment unless we are able to re-rent for the same amount. Any changes that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check in date will not be penalized, (except by the reduction of the actual cost of the credit card processing fees, if they exist, both on the receiving and refunded ends of the transaction). Any changes made within (30) days of the check in date that result in a shortened stay, change of dates, change of location or unit, may result in loss of entire advance payment. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather or natural disaster do not warrant any refund of rent.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.

Please note: All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided their stay is at least 60 days away.

Airbnb

Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to check in.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.

The Airbnb service fee is refundable, up to 3 times per year, within 48 hours of booking. Refund eligibility is determined at cancellation time based on the number of prior cancellations. Separately, if a guest cancels a reservation that overlaps with any part of an existing reservation, we won’t refund the Airbnb service fee if they decide to cancel.

Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in. Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Airbnb for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
